Firewatch ending delilah3/16/2024 ![]() Because even though the relationship was really weird, think most people in her position would be waaay to curious about the person they have been talking to for the past three months to care about the awkwardness of the encounter.īut thats just an idea. If he goes up to Delilahs lookout and uses the radio to try to contact Delilah again though, she wont answer. it could also explain why Delilah couldn't just wait an extra 10 mins to see Henry. Delilahs never going back to the fire watch because it was the final year of her real job in the government, but at the same time i think she also felt a little bad for Henry making it even more painful and awkward. This would explain the awkward ending pretty well. So what i think is that Delilah just tried keep Henry out of the ending of the project but she failed a little bit. The context doesnt matter (could be talking about a surprise birthday party for all it matters) as knowing what it was about is irrelevant to the story. Delilah explains it away immediately saying it was work related, which it likely was. Most of that can essentially be applied to the relationship and ending moments with Delilah as well. As mentioned above its likely just to create suspicion against Delilah (which it did well). Your character begins the game quite literally as a way to escape his current situation and thats made even more clear later on in the game. ok so maybe some of the spying but not enough to convince me. Firewatch is a game about real life, real emotions, and real relationships. my fourth and most powerful point being that Ned explains almost none of the odd events that went down. My third point is the odd idea she had to burn down the government site after he saw everything, and if you choose not to do it, it gets burned down immediately after anyways. Code 1863 (Basically a government sanctioned "don't be in this part of the national forest" law) in the forest she's worked in for years is also kind of odd. ![]() ![]() the fact that she wouldn't know about a 18 U.S. and I came across an interesting game called firewatch and I didnt know anything about the game I didnt know what the plot was the characters or what kind of game it was, for all I knew it could have been a 2d platform game like Mario. so my second point being that she has been working there a while. With this game, there are many possibilities of what happened to Henry and Delilah after Firewatch, they either separated and went on there own ways for good or they met up sometime afterwards made peace and ending up getting married and continued living on there amazing lives. On monday morning I was on my Xbox One it was around 5:30 a.m. but that could still be mistaken for something truly honest. now obviously, the first point that supports this is the one at the beginning when He over hears him talking to someone about him. I think that maybe Delilah was in on some of the spying and knew more then she was letting on. Although I can agree the ending left my unsatisfied, along with many other people, I do think that maybe it made some sense regarding the many suspicious things that went down during the summer they spent there. ![]()
